Submitting the form sends an availability inquiry. It does not reserve a place, create a confirmed booking, or charge a payment. The team must review the requested dates and package and confirm any offer in writing.

The form collects full name, email, phone, country, preferred disciplines, experience level, module duration, preferred start date, package choice, room preference when full board is selected, optional notes, and an optional coupon or referral code.

The submission also carries an event/submission ID, language, source site, sport, page and guide context, campaign attribution, package and date context. Do not put passport, payment-card, health, or other sensitive data in the notes.

The site records form_start, camp_form_submit, and whatsapp_click events through Google Tag Manager. Attribution can include first landing and referrer, conversion page, guide and CTA context, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, gclid, fbclid, gbraid, wbraid, and existing _fbp/_fbc cookie values. After a successful inquiry, email, phone, and first name are also placed in the enhanced-conversion event data.

Campaign, first-landing, and guide attribution records stored in localStorage expire after 90 days. A retry record containing only a fingerprint and event ID—not raw contact details—is kept in sessionStorage for the current browser session and is cleared after a successful send. Consent choices are read from localStorage; this site code does not define an expiry for those consent entries.

The inquiry passes through the site’s Cloudflare function to the Gymnasia public booking service on AWS. The current backend writes an operational camp row to Google Sheets, sends a normalized lead to the Gymnasia Camp CRM at tools.gymnasia.ge, and may create an internal sales notification and follow-up queue. The site also loads Google Tag Manager and the chat.gymnasia.ge widget.

These are the destinations directly evidenced by the current code path; this is not presented as a complete processor or vendor register.

Dates, prices, rooms, and packages shown on the site are request options, not live inventory or acceptance of a booking. No payment is required with the web inquiry.

Before paying, obtain written confirmation of the exact dates, package and inclusions, total price and currency, any deposit and balance amounts, payment deadlines and method, plus cancellation, refund, credit, and rescheduling rules. Do not rely on the page alone as the final booking contract.

The current site flow does not publish one organisation-wide retention duration, so this page does not invent one. Ask for the applicable retention and access terms before sending sensitive documents through any later channel.
